I. The principles of human resource development of 3HPEC
       We insist on creating an atmosphere of equality, equity, and publicity in the program of human resource development; implementing humanity management, and establishing an entire environment for personal potential fully demonstrated. At the time of aiming at our general objective, every employee in the company will be provided an opportunity to demonstrate his/her self-worth.

1. During recruitment and employing, a full attention is paid on ethic, character, potentiality, education degree and experience. We follow the principle of justice choice and open competition, and employ various excellent persons in all sincerity

2. The company sets up the perfect training system to encourage and lead employee to continuously accept new knowledge, new skills, new methods, and new ideas. We inspire all employees to be successful by learning, to provide better service to the enterprise in order to achieve double-win

3. The company applies MBO (Management By Objective) to all employees from the top level to low level, employee sets up their objective according to whole objective of company, makes a commitment to company. Meanwhile, they are fully given the opportunity of training to be satisfied with their reasonable request of facilities, personnel coordination and cooperation etc. thus one organic community is formed. Assessment system is just based on MBO.
